The wine of Pamela label represents the best Chardonnay from our Sunbury Vineyard. It is entirely sourced from our four burgundy clones, handpicked and whole bunch pressed. After fermentation and maturation in barriques, the wine was racked and bottled, without fining, stabilisation or filtration.
